Your Impact:

  • You are fully responsible for project governance and success from project start to project completion, with regard to quality, resources, time, costs and risks

  • Act as an internal and external consultant, enabler and contact person for all questions concerning project management at Oetker Digital

  • Support and enable the CPO and Chief of Staff to control the portfolio of projects, products and services in Product & Tech through providing the processes, information and recommendations and provide delivery support for complex change

  • Support agile and classic project management approaches (e.g. Scrum) and support hybrid concepts depending on specific demand, delivering a scalable project methodology for all project sizes and degrees of complexity

  • Actively manage the composition and delivery of the portfolio as a whole and ensure ensure that lessons are learned and applied going forward

  • Conduct workshops and create showcases, including preparation, moderation and follow-up of customer meetings

  • Take responsibility for requirements management on project level and set the standards for requirements and change requests processes

  • Work closely with our clients and interdisciplinary teams in product management, engineering, data & insights, product design, marketing and venture building and ensure transparency throughout the projects

Your Strengths:

  • Solid working experience in IT project management as well as in the application of agile project management methods, e.g. PMI or PRINCE2

  • Excellent references in project management and experience in leading decentralized, cross-functional teams

  • Completed studies, ideally in the field of business, economics or science or a comparable field with particularly extensive additional subject-specific qualifications

  • Confident in timing, budget monitoring and prioritization of individual project steps

  • Experience in dealing with the expectations of internal and external stakeholders on corporate and start-up level

  • Customer-oriented, analytical and methodical way of working with excellent presentation and moderation skills

  • Fluent in German and English
