Performance Marketing Manager


Your Impact

  • Developing and executing the channel strategy for paid search and social channels as well as programmatic advertising, based on Juit business goals
  • Enable and run digital marketing campaigns across several platforms
  • Monitoring and reporting performance and optimising channel setup towards the marketing goals through data backed insights
  • Ensure marketing efficiency and effectiveness within channel expertise
  • Analyze data (on- & offsite) and deliver strategic recommendations for optimisation of communication concept
  • Leading channel expertise in paid search and social
  • Collaboration with other functions in Marketing and Product, especially with Brand & Content, Data/BI
  • Own relationship with relevant stakeholders in the Oetker Group


Your Strengths

  • Deep experience with Facebook Business and Google Ads Manager
  • Understanding of attribution & customer journeys (via Google Analytics)
  • Experience analysing search intent and audience potentials, performing competitor analysis for benchmarking
  • Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strategic thinking paired with operational drive
  • Analytical skills and data-based decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills in German and English

As a Pluse: 

  • Basic experience with DV360 or other DSPs for Programmatic Advertising
