We are looking for a passionate HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to own all things recruiting and people at Juit, building up a stellar team for achieving our mission in the areas of: Food, Logistics, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Design, Data & Analytics and more.

As an early employee on the HR team you will have the unique opportunity to shape our company culture, further developing our HR management and organizational development together with the founders and the management team.

HR & Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

Your Impact

  • Act as the main point-of-contact for our teams in Ettlingen and Berlin for all recruiting and HR related topics
  • Support employee lifecycle management processes such as joiners, leavers, absences, personal data changes and job changes
  • Set up a data-driven recruiting pipeline to grow our teams in Berlin, Ettlingen and remote 
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new joiners and enable them to thrive by providing support and training / development opportunities
  • Bring in your own ideas about how to increase the efficiency and scalability of our operations.
  • Manage HR administration processes efficiently and ensure compliance with local laws (e.g. contract management, preparatory payroll, work safety)

Your Strengths

  • Experience in people operations in a startup or fast growth company - ideally in a consumer goods and/or e-commerce business
  • Passion for improving service and people experiences
  • Good analytical skills combined with a growth mindset and proven ability to steer HR processes based on KPIs
  • Pragmatic and progessive with a flexible and at the same time structured approach, willing to roll up sleeves whilst focusing on the bigger picture
  • Hands-on experience as a recruiter along the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, attracting and hiring)
  • Solid knowledge in German labour and industrial law
  • Fluent in German and English
